About Giselle

Giselle is a multifaceted Product & Service Designer, a user/customer advocate, a systems thinker, and a passionate problem solver. She is committed to creating streamlined, delightful experiences through empathetic and holistic thinking, with design decisions based on solid data.

She has a unique background in Languages, Linguistics, and Literature, engaged in proofreading, scientific research, teaching, and working as a bookseller. She also has ten years of experience in finance operations and management at the fourth-largest bank in Brazil, with extensive expertise in customer and board relationship management, business processes, data visualization, and data analysis. These previous experiences fuelled her interest in IT, Psychology, and UX Design, prompting her to enhance workflows and innovate by working with multidisciplinary teams, bringing clarity to complex ideas through visuals. These experiences also fostered her empathy for users while honing her attention to detail, and methodological problem-solving.

After earning a CareerFoundry certification, numerous UX and business-related courses, and relevant experiences designing for different contexts from small to large-scale processes and services for digital products, she recognizes her work trajectory as her unique selling point. She excels at communication, integrating systemic knowledge, and delivering people-centric solutions that combine functionality and drive business growth while achieving pixel-perfect output.
